She was predeceased by: her spouse G. Thomas Fata; and her siblings, John Tiberi, Eleanor Russell, Mary Dunbar, Alfred Tiberi, Rita Tiberi and Virginia Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Carol A. Cook (late Frederick) of Dedham and Thomas C. Fata (Donna) of Sharon; her grandchildren, Tracy, Michael and Lauren; her great grandchildren, Alexandra, Brenna, Michael and Alyssa; and her sisters, Rose Nickerson of Brockton and Lorraine Walsh of Dedham.
