He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Lucille Kay (Katz); his children, Ronna Niederman (Michael Niederman), Terry Kay Bargar (Richard Bargar) and Jonathan Kay (Linda Sloane Kay); his grandchildren, Alex Niederman (Sarah), Eric Niederman (Andrea), Emily Bargar, Stephen Patrias, Jillian Bargar (Sam Donovan), Joshua Kay (Brooke Patkin Kay), Rachel Kay and Franklin Ross; and his great grandchildren, Leah, Chloe Niederman and Bette Niederman.
