It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary A. (Lapsley) Groden (Dedham, Massachusetts), leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Edward F. Groden; her children, Anne Hemming, Stuart Hemming of Sugarland, TX, Susan M. McClain of Westwood and Catherine Groden (King) of Charleston, SC; and her parents, William A. Lapsley and Catherine F. Lapsley (Hunt) of Mission Hill.

She is survived by: her children, Maryellen Coffey (Daniel) of Concord, Edward F. Groden, Noreen Liffers (Mark) of Charleston, SC, Jane Bean (Robert) of Newport News, VA, Patricia Regan (John) of Falmouth and Beth Guarnagia (William) of Medfield; her brother Robert Lapsley (Kathleen) of Dedham; and her sister-in-law Shirley Lapsley (late William Lapsley) of Braintree. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Mary's memory can be made to the Basilica of Our Lady of Perpetual Help, 1545 Tremont St, Boston, MA 02120.
