He was predeceased by: his sister Vivian Barter. He is survived by: his significant other Dorothy Marley; his children, Arlene Donovan (Thomas) of Raynham, Mark Barter (Darlene) of Raynham, Glenn Smith of Boston and Brian Smith of Boston; his great grandchild Jaina Westgate; and his siblings, Norma Noonan and Jackie Baxter. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many friends.
