He was predeceased by: his siblings, John, Donald and Marilyn Locke. He is survived by: his children, Leo, Richard, Judith Locke, Susan Campbell and Alyssa Blumenthal; his grandchildren, Julianna Williams, Nathaniel, Joia Locke, Luca Campbell, Kyra, Kyle, Logan, Taylor and Alaina Blumenthal; his great grandchild Louie Williams; and his siblings, Maureen Martin and Gerard Locke. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
