He is survived by: his wife Susan (Walker); his daughter Tara O'Brien (Paul) of Hyde Park; his siblings, Ellen Follett of Norwood, Frank Meloski of Cambridge and Paul Meloski of Medfield; and his siblings-in-law, Jeannie Walker and Larry Walker (Susan). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends.
