Fay (McMillan); his wife Ruth Mary Fay (Smigielski); his daughters, Cynthia, Judith, Laura and Jennifer; and his siblings, James, Mary, Ruth, William, Thomas, John, Catherine, Patricia, Marion and Francis. He was also cherished by two granddaughters; and two great grandchildren.
