He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Beth Anne Kidder (Moran); his children, Sage, Brooke and Andi; his parents, Barbara L. Kidder (Munro) of Hubbardston and John Kidder; and his siblings, Ted Kidder and Molly Star Kidder, MD. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.

“I am still in shock about the news of Jon's passing. I too have shared many projection booth installations (as well as beers and coffees) with him in various countries for National Amusements. And I have nothing but fond memories of those years. Jon taught me a lot. And I will be forever grateful. He will indeed be missed. His family will be in my thoughts. May he rest in peace.”
