He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Doris A. Putney (Moran); his children, John W. Putney (Joyce Lipp Putney) of Natick and Christine Jacobson (Gary) of Hingham; his grandson Jason Putney (Jennifer) of Wake Forest, NC.; and his siblings, Joan Putney of Wellesley and Lolly Cimeno of Buzzards Bay.
