He was predeceased by: his spouse Jean A. Boudreau (Inserra); and his sister Ruth Munro. He is survived by: his daughters, Barbara A. Cramer (Jeffrey H.) of Medway and Jeanne M. Punch (William F.) of Dedham; and his sister Ethel Capodanno. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
