With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James M. Lester of Dedham, Massachusetts, born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 28, 2023 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Joseph and Agnes Lester (Gavin); his wife Mary P. "Maureen" Lester (Coleman); and his sister Mary Donahue. He is survived by: his children, James M. Lester Jr. of Dedham and JoEllen Gurman of Taunton; his siblings, Thomas Lester and Carol Gallagher; and his grandchildren, Joshua Gurman and Kaitlyn Misner.
