He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Albert John Sr. and Anette Peterson (Ernovitz); his sons, John A. Peterson, Karl D. Peterson and Charles D. Peterson; his siblings, Alfred Peterson, Olga Bills and Millie Thoma; and also Margaret Lillian Peterson (Randall).
He is survived by: his daughters, Judy Salazar of Randolph and Jane Peterson of Dedham. He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren; and his 18 great grandchildren.
