He is survived by: his parents, George L., Jr. and Louise Noel (Carroll) of Dedham; his wife Anne M. Noel (Moschner); his sons, George J. Noel (Carolyn) of Chelmsford and Michael R. Noel (Ana Rocadas) of Leominster; his grandchildren, George "Sam", Grace and Dylan Noel; and his sisters, Carroll Noel-Mozer (Kurt) of Medfield and Deborah Noel of Medway. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
