He is survived by: his parents, Paul David and Patricia Lorraine Nelligan (Obuchon) of Dedham; his wife Mikell Darby Nelligan (Dunn); his sons, Patrick David (Mary) of Woonsocket and Sean Michael (Sarah) of New Bedford; and his sister Carol A. Hanna (Richard) of Dedham.
