She was predeceased by: her spouse Gasper B. Velardo; and her sister Anna M. Kelley. She is survived by: her siblings, Ruth A. Cannata of Foxboro, Eleanore N. Clement and Robert A. Lizio. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Frances' memory to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute P.O. Box 849168, Boston, MA 02284.
