He was predeceased by: his sister Elizabeth Simensen (Dockham); and his parents, Russell E. Dockham and Esther Dockham (Burke). He is survived by: his children, Mary D. Amara, Edward J. (Ellen), Robert G. (Jo Ellen) and Diane M. Gonzales (Robert); and his former wife Mary. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
