He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony M. Valeri and Clementina R. Valeri of Readville. He is survived by: his wife Patricia J. Valeri; his children, Anthony A. Valeri (Jamie L. Valeri) and Marianna "May" L. Valeri; and his brother Joseph Valeri. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Dennis' name to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
