He was predeceased by: his brother Dean Dixon. He is survived by: his wife Holly A. (Hagan); his children, Allyson Dixon of Dedham and Travis Dixon (Jackie) of Walpole; and his siblings, Richard Dixon of Florida and Marjorie Ann Good of North Carolina. He is also survived by nieces nephews.
