Claire R. O'Connell Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 11, 2025, Claire R. O'Connell (Dedham, Massachusetts) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband William H. O'Connell; and her siblings, Eleanor DePalma, Francis and Paul Duggan. She is survived by: her children, William O'Connell (Karen) of Rockland, Joan Eacmen (late Peter) of West Roxbury, Patricia Mazurkiewicz (late John) of Dorchester and Michelle O'Connell (Christine Coakley) of Needham; and her sibling Marion LeBlanc of Lynn. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home (2000 Centre St, West Roxbury, MA 02132). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 8:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the St. Susanna's Church (262 Needham St, Dedham, MA 02026).
