He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edith Levine and Murray Levine; his wife Judith Katz Levine; his daughter Jan Alexandra Katz; his brothers, Jeffrey and Leonard Levine; and his siblings-in-law, Marcie and Mateo.
