She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Dr. Melvin S. Yavner; her children, Ellen Yavner of Brookline and Steven Yavner of Norwalk, CT.; her daughter-in-law Phyllis Weihs-Yavner; her grandchildren, Emily Yavner and Evan Yavner; and her siblings, Alice Saligman and Michael Heft.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, September 24th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Beth El Cemetery (776 Baker St, West Roxbury, MA 02132).
