She was predeceased by: her parents, Nathan Brodkin and Lillian Brodkin (Levine). She is survived by: her sister Susan Herskovitz (Paul); her niece Dori Saler (Justin); her nephew Jeffrey Herskovitz; and her great-nephews, Logan and Dylan. She is also survived by the children and grandchildren of her close friends.
In lieu of flowers, friends and family are asked to make a donation to the MSPCA, as Barbara was a lifelong animal lover.
