He was predeceased by: his son Brian Costigan; and his brother Stephen. He is survived by: his wife Jo-Ann Costigan (Davis); his grandchildren, Rebecca, Michael, Corey and Kyleigh; and his siblings, Harlie of Medway, Peter of Brockton, Joseph Fischer of West Roxbury, Denise Aronson of Floresville, TX and Glenn Costigan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
