He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Retired Police Chief Manuel V. and Irene Perry Medeiros; his sister Katherine L. Medeiros of Dartmouth, Massachusetts; his daughter Kristen R. Medeiros of Punta Gorda; his grandchildren, Kasey, Arissa, Unique, Payshence and Kristian; his son Sgt. Randall R. Medeiros; and his grandson Victor.
