He was predeceased by: his spouse Sandra Cusick (Freienbergs); his parent Gerard F.; his daughter Bonnie Lee Cusick; and his brother Gerard F. Cusick, Jr.. He is survived by: his parent Jacqueline Cusick (Saunders); his daughter Laura Harris (David); his siblings, Philip P. Cusick, Michael J. Cusick of Fairhaven, Jacqueline A. Avery, Regina Halpern and Judith Niemi of Wareham; and his grandchildren, Josh Harris and Kayla Harris.
