She was predeceased by: her parents, Philius Sr. Bernard and Marie-Rose Celina Bernard (Napoleon); her child Nedghy Joseph; and her sibling Kenol. She is survived by: her spouse Dagenor Exantus; her children, Cynthia Joseph, Marie Magdaline Exantus and Wilzor Exantus; her siblings, Marime, Elsie, Chantal, Bernadette, Philius Jr., Philippe Sr. and Pierre (Joachin); her grandchildren, Amari, Keila, Reyana, Reynaldi, Nikoles, Annastasia, Shella, Lawrence, Issac and Joanna; and her great grandchild Iziah.
In compliance with COVID-19 guidelines set forth by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Mass of Christian burial will be held for Ouilmene and her daughter Nedghy on Friday, April 16th at St. Angela's-Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 1548 Blue Hill Ave., Mattapan at 11:30 AM.
