He was predeceased by: his spouse Deolinda De Melo (Rodrigues); his parent Maria Melo (Rodrigues); and his siblings, Manuel Melo and Otilia Andrade. He is survived by: his parent Manuel De Melo; his children, Brenda Viera of Fairhaven, Michael Mello (Carol) of Acushnet, Edward De Melo of Florida and Melanie Feltner (Tony) of Florida; and his siblings, Joao De Melo, Gloria Pimentel, Evelina Pavao and Mariana Rodriguez. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
