Lazaro, Steven Carvalho and Vanessa Carvalho; his siblings, Grace Furtado (Duarte) and Antonio Carvalho; his godson Nelson Furtado; and his grandchildren, Savannah Carvalho, Elijah Lazaro, Giovanni Carvalho, Ava of Oliveira, Tristian of Oliveira and Mason Camara. He is also survived by his niece and nephews.
