She was predeceased by: her spouse Russell J. Perry; her parents, Antonio Nascimento and Cecilia Nascimento (Fernandes); her son David Perry; and her brother Manuel Garcez.

She is survived by: her daughter Heidi Carvalho (Burt) of Dartmouth; her grandchildren, Jason Perry and Shannon Carvalho; and her sisters, Mary Freitas, Christine Souza and Cecile Byrne.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mrs. Perry's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
