She was predeceased by: her spouse Theodore Puscizna; her parent John Samakes; her sibling Mary Borden; her nephew Robert Borden; and her brothers-in-law, Walter Borden, Leo Daignault, Casimir Puscizna and Mitchell Puscizna.
She is survived by: her parent Echalia Samakes (Karakovone); her son Michael Puscizna (Margaret) of Dartmouth; her niece Georgia Madruga; her nephews, George Borden of New Bedford, James Borden of Hilo, HI, John Borden of Hampton, VA and Steven Puscizna of Rehoboth; her siblings, Kostadena Daignault and Alexandra Samakes; and also, Mary Nugent of Nashua, George Semekis of Chelmsford and Peggy Borden.
