He was predeceased by: his parent John J. Costa. He is survived by: his spouse Helen M. Costa (DeCosta); his parent Isabelle Costa (Furtado); his children, Gordon G. Costa, Jr. of Westport and Pamela R. Costa (Donald Soares) of Westport; his brother John J. Costa, Jr. (Rose) of New Bedford; his grandchildren, Nicole, Benjamin and Emily; and his great grandchild Juliana. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
