He was predeceased by: his parents, Francisco P. "Frank" "Salty" Evangelho and Mary "Peggy" Evangelho (Fernandes). He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Evangelho (Lerias) of Dartmouth; his children, Aiden Evangelho, Landen Evangelho of Dartmouth and Kendra Evangelho of Dartmouth; his sister Elizabeth Carvalho (Bruce Carvalho) of Mattapoisett; his sister-in-law Leeann Costa (Al Costa); his parents-in-law, Maria and Jose Lerias; his granddaughter Leilani Evangelho; his nieces and nephews, Ross, Ben Carvalho, Sydnie Vassal and Caleb Costa; and his great-niece Aria Carvalho.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Frank's memory may be made to the American Heart Association (http://www.heart.org) or Whaling City Youth Baseball League, P.O. Box 61036, New Bedford, MA 02746.
