She was predeceased by: her husband Armand Farland; her parents, Manuel Costa and Belmira Costa (Melo); and her brother George Costa. She is survived by: her children, Dennis Farland of New Bedford, David Farland (Missy) of Acushnet, Susan Moniz (Wayne) of Dartmouth, Randy Farland (Alison Facchiano), Glenn Farland of Dartmouth and Brad Farland (Donna) of Dartmouth; her siblings, Daniel Costa (Elizabeth) of New Bedford, Ronald Costa (Dee) of New Bedford, Raymond Costa (Lisa) of Florida, Hilda Connor of Fairhaven and Melba Gordon of Fairhaven; her grandchildren, Jennifer, Chad, Heidi, David, Michael, Kelly, Kristen, Jade, Amber, Cole, Angie, Robert and Jill; and her sisters, Beatrice Galligo and Lillian Lyle. She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
