He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Salk and David Salk; and his brother Harvey. He is survived by: his wife Shari; his children, Alison (Lance) and Jeffrey; his grandsons, Matthew and Joshua; and his brother Barry. He is also survived by several nieces and one nephew.
