She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Costa, Jr.; her parents, Arthur Blouin and Evelyn Blouin (Haslam); and her son Christopher J. Costa. She is survived by: her daughter Karen J. Ripley (George) of Dartmouth; her brothers, Arthur Blouin and Roger Blouin; and her grandchildren, George Ripley V, Andrea Costa and Elisabeth Ripley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to: New England Hospice, 190 Old Derby St., Hingham, MA 02043.
