He was predeceased by: his parents, Silvestre Rosa and Custodia Rosa; and his brother Miguel Crisostomo. He is survived by: his wife Maria S. Crisostomo (Saramago) of Dartmouth; his children, Rosa M. Crisostomo-Silva (late Joe Silva) of Dartmouth and Joseph Crisostomo (Richard Suero) of Florida; his brother Silvestre Crisostomo of Dartmouth; his grandsons, Nicholas Poeira and Cyrus Silva (Brianne Lynn King); his great grandchild Cyrus Jai Silva; and his nieces and nephews, Ana Inacio, Linda Crisostomo of Peabody, Anabela Fonseca and Joe Crisostomo.
