He is survived by: his mother Olga Figueroa (Baez); his wife Valdilene Figueroa (Sett) of Danvers; his children, William Nicholas Figueroa of Seekonk and Jenera Martell of Peabody; his grandchildren, Jennalee, Zaylinanna, Zaniyah and Davanni; and his siblings, Gladys Morales, Evelyn Figueroa, Maribel Figueroa, Marilyn Figueroa, Maria Figueroa, Sonya Figueroa, Maria Hall, Luis Figueroa and Jose Luis Figueroa. He is also survived by many nieces nephews and extended family.
