She was predeceased by: her husband William Sluskonis; her parents, Ronald Earl Anderson and Mary Edith Anderson (Parsons); her son Donn Prouty; her siblings, Robert Anderson and Cynthia Collins; and her pets, Lucky and Magic.
She is survived by: her children, David Prouty, Douglas Prouty (Cheryl Keenan) and Dyann Prouty; her daughter-in-law Karen Prouty; and her grandchildren, Michelle McDonald, David Kennison, Jennifer Prouty (Amy Callahan), Robert Prouty, Kymberlee Prouty, Kaleigh Prouty, Deborah Santos and Patrick McKenna. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made in her memory to any local animal shelter.
