He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Budgell and Lillian Budgell (Morgan); his daughters, Stephanie Howell and Jennifer Porter; his grandson Matthew Budgell; and his sisters, Marilyn Budgell Shuler and Nancy Budgell Wetherbee.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Budgell (Agganis); his sons, Gregg Budgell (Laura) and Scott Budgell (Roxanne); his stepchildren, Ron Hennessey (Colette), Mike Hennessey (Jeanne), Diane Langlais and Linda Yost (Jim); and his brother-in-law George Agganis. He is also survived by many loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
