He is survived by: his wife Donna Marie Mullen (Osiecki) of Danvers; his siblings, Janet Underwood (Charles) of Oveda, FL and Kevin Mullen of Beverly Hills, FL; and his brothers-in-law, Arthur Osiecki (Madeline) of Jacksonville, FL and Edward Osiecki (Anne Marie) of Wellesley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
