He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Scroggins and Arlene Scroggins (Walkama); his wife Doris Scroggins (Manthe); his stepfather Joseph Eustace; and his siblings, Carolyn Campbell, Muriel Tucker and Harold Scroggins.
He is survived by: his sons, Robert Muise of Lynn and Charles Muise (Sharon) of Gloucester; his granddaughter Jennifer Muise of Gloucester; and his brother Steve Scroggins (Debbie) of Georgia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
