Richard J. Collins Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 27, 2025, at the age of 98, Richard J. Collins of Danvers, Massachusetts passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Richard J. Collins to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Theron Collins and Loretta Collins (Pleau). He is survived by: his wife Fernande Collins (Chalifour); his children, Mark Collins (Susan) of Wolfeboro, Cheryl Aparo of Rockport, Patricia Douglass of Danvers and Lisa Gasperoni (James) of Newburyport; his sister Joan McCarthy of Danvers; and his son-in-law Armand Aparo. He is also survived by grandchildren; and 14 adored great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Saint Mary of the Annunciation Church (24 Conant St, Danvers, MA 01923). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A committal service was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Annunciation Cemetery (155 Hobart St, Danvers, MA 01923).
