She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Smith and Molly Smith (Finglas). She is survived by: her husband C. Dexter Cook; her children, Declan (Paul Tremblay), Maria (Paul Robertson) of Beverly, Deirdre (Michael Fennelly) and Shane (Jennifer Cook); and her grandchildren, Maeve, Ian, Andrew, Olivia Robertson, Evan, Colin, Annie Fennelly, Jayden, Kiara and Brody Cook.
Donations may be made to St. Mary of the Annunciation School, 14 Otis Street, Danvers, MA 01923, where her children and several grandchildren were educated by the Sisters of Notre Dame.
