She was predeceased by: her husband John Kaplan; her parents, Max Shuman and Jenny Shuman; and her siblings, Jeri Finkle, Leah Shuman and William Shuman.
She is survived by: her children, Stacy Polansky (Stephen) and Lloyd Kaplan (Laura); her grandchildren, Jarrod Kaplan, Daniel Kaplan and Rachael Malcolm; her great grandchildren, Jack, Tristan, Emma, Dani and Max; and her nieces, Paula Kesslen and Elaine Rosen.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Torf Funeral Chapel (151 Washington Ave, Chelsea, MA 02150).
