She was predeceased by: her parents, John Dowd and Eva Dowd (Rich); her husband Edward Duggan; her daughter-in-law Ann Duggan; her brother Jack; and her sister-in-law Marion Dowd.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert Duggan (Mary) of Danvers and Keith Duggan (Joy) of South Berwick, ME; her grandchildren, Katelyn Duggan, Bryan Duggan (Kate), Meghan Duggan (Gillian Apps-Duggan), Alicia Goff and Ross Duggan (Jess); her great grandchildren, Harley, Reese Goff, Wyatt, Conall Duggan, George and Olivia Apps-Duggan; her brother Russell; and her sister-in-law Susan Dowd. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
