She was predeceased by: her husband Heriberto Arroyo; her parents, Manuel Ortiz and Josefina Ortiz (Torres); and her siblings, Aurora, Flor, Rafaela and Haydee Ortiz.
She is survived by: her children, Berto Arroyo of Maine and Evie Arroyo-Barrows (Bobby Barrows) of Danvers; her grandchildren, Eric, Ariana and Gyovanna "GiGi"; her siblings, Gloria Burgos, Manuel Ortiz, Fannie Ortiz, Margarita Morales and Edwin Vasquez (Millie Ortiz); and also Jaidem. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
