She was predeceased by: her husband Kevin Jones; her parents, George Brennan and Theresa Brennan; and her brothers, Robert and Joseph Brennan.

She is survived by: her children, Dr. Patrick Leo, Christopher Luke and Emily Katherine; and her siblings, Carole and George.
