She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Kendall Flachbart; and her brothers, Timothy Hawkes and Robert Hawkes. She is survived by: her nephews, Bryan T. Hawkes of Peabody and Jeffrey R. Hawkes (Kerrie) of Mount Pleasant, MI; her niece Robyn Judith Hawkes (Jacob Cohen) of Burbank, CA; and her cousin Cynthia Hawkes Meehan.
