He was predeceased by: his parents, Elaine J. Bennett (Smith) and Emery P. Bennett; and his brother James. He is survived by: his sister-in-law June Bennett of Danvers; his siblings, Stacy Mazur of Billerica, Peter (Helen) of Salem and Andrea Harris (Colin) of Spokane, Washington.; and his nieces, Ashley, Abigail, Rebecca, Rachel, Elizabeth and Julia.
