He was predeceased by: his parents, Amelio Santisi and Margaret Santisi (Cassese); and his brothers, Paul and Jeffrey Santisi. He is survived by: his wife Alice (Chesley); his children, John Santisi, Jr. of Danvers, Jason Santisi (Michele) of Danvers and Jennifer Pobocik (Luke) of Londonderry, NH; and his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Santisi of Beverly, Madilyn, Benjamin Santisi of South Berwick, ME, Brooke and Nickolas Pobocik of Londonderry, NH. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
